浅议小班化教学

摘    要:小班化教学是我校在全面推进应用型本科人才培养模式改革的大背景下提出的教学改革活动,是对我校普通班级授课制地不断反思。实施小班化教学在融洽师生关系、培养学生综合素质等方面具有很大优势,但在具体教学过程中,教师本人也会遇到很多问题和挑战,唯有转变教育观念、自觉提升教学能力、不断总结经验才能符合我校对高质量高水平教学的要求。

Abstract:Small class teaching is a teaching reform proposed by our university under the background of promoting the reform of the applied undergraduate talent training model.It is a continuous reflection on the teaching system of our university.The implementation of small class teaching has great advantages in harmonizing teacher-student relationship and cultivating students,comprehensive quality.However,in the specific teaching process,teachers themselves will meet many problems and challenges.The high quality and high teaching level can be achieved for themselves by changing the educational concept,enhancing teaching ability consciously and summing up experience consistently.
