| 摘 要： | 长沙理工大学(CSUST)与美国田纳西大学查塔努加分校(UTC)联合,举办土木工程专业中外合作办学项目是目前我国唯一一个土木工程专业中美合作双学位本科教育项目。基于该项目办学实践,介绍依托该项目反哺师资国际化建设的实践经验,以探索国际化人才培养改革与创新之路。

| Abstract: | The bachelor degree joint-education program in civil engineering between Changsha University of Science and Technology(CSUST),P.R.China and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga(UTC),U.S.A,was currently the only double-degree undergraduate program of Sino-US cooperation in civil engineering.Based on the practice of running the program,this paper analyzed and introduced practical experiences in supporting the internationalization of teachers,so as to reformand innovate international talent training. |
