| 摘 要： | 采用修订的幼师生职业使命感问卷,对某高师院校201名幼师生进行调查。结果发现:(1)幼师生职业使命感的整体水平不高,相应的主动投入职业准备的程度偏低;(2)幼师生职业使命感随年级增长的趋势不明显,专科二年级学生的职业使命感水平相对突出,本科生的幼师职业使命感不强,高师院校要重视职前幼师队伍的幼师职业使命感教育。

| Abstract: | A revised questionnaire was used to investigate 201 preschool education students in a normal university.The results were as follows:(1)the overall level of young teachers and students'sense of mission is not high,and the corresponding degree of active involvement in vocational preparation is low;(2)The career calling sense of the preschool education students is not obvious with the growth of grade.The career calling sense of the junior college students in grade two is relatively prominent,the career calling of the undergraduate students is not strong,and normal colleges should attach importance to the career calling sense education of the preschool education students. |
