| 摘 要： | 通过对六盘水市中心区高中生人际关系的问卷调查、心理测试和座谈，发现高中生存在的人际不良表现有：行为倒退、孤僻自闭、品行不良，合作意识弱。原因有：社会因素、学校环境、家庭影响、个体因素。帮助高中生建立和谐人际关系的具体策略有：掌握人际交往的基本原则、技巧、语言艺术及培养合作的精神。
