师专课堂教学中存在的弊端及对策

摘    要:师专课堂教学存在三大弊端 :一是教师讲授内容多 ,学生思维活动少 ;二是教师上课时数多 ,学生自学时数少 ;三是讲授方法用得多 ,多种方法并用少。改革这些弊端首先要在思想上明确以下四点 ,即教师主导作用的根本点 ;大学生的身心发展水平 ;学生思维活动的重要性 ;教学方法的辩证性。然后采取相应措施 :精讲教学内容 ,巧妙设置疑问 ;调整课程计划 ,适当增加自学时数 ;避免单一讲授方法 ,灵活运用多种教学方法

Abstract:There are three abuses in the classroom instruction in the teachers' college. The first one is that the teachers teach too much content while the students have very few thinking activities. The second one is that the teachers have too many teaching hours while the students' have very few periods in which they study on their own; The third one is that the lecture method is often used while the other kinds of teaching methods are seldom used. To reform these abuses, we must first be clear about the following four points in our understanding——the fundamental point of the teachers' leading role; the developing level of the college students' body and mind; the importance of the students' thinking activities; the dialectical quality of the teaching methods. Then we must take properly steps: teaching the simplified content which is chosen carefully and skillfully designing some questions; readjusting the curriculum planning and suitably increasing the periods in which the students study independently; avoiding the only lecture method and agilely using all kinds of teaching methods.
