| 摘 要： | 采用调查、问卷、实地考察、文献资料调研等方法对青海省青南地区黄南州、玉树州、果洛州藏族农牧民参与体育锻炼现状进行调查。结果表明:青南地区经常参加体育锻炼的藏族农牧民各占24%、33%、26%。经常参加体育锻炼的比例不高,很少参加锻炼的比例占到了一半以上,根本不参加体育锻炼果洛州最高占18%,其次是黄南州占10%、玉树州占7%。造成上述现象的原因有:1.藏族农牧民对体育锻炼的意识认识不足;2.受气候、环境的影响,高海拔,空气稀薄含氧量低,在缺氧的情况下会出现运动欲望下降的现象;3.对藏族农牧民体育的组织管理和指导比较薄弱。

| Abstract: | To fully understand the status of the participation in physical activity of the south area of Qinghai Tibetan farmers and herdsmen in a harmonious society, this paper takes the Huangnan, Yushu, Guoluo Tibetan farmers and herdsmen for study, in - depth investigation by the group to learn about the sports status quo of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen in the south area of Qinghai and find the solution and countermeasures. |
