| Abstract: | This study mainly used the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the Shanghai urban residents＇leisure sports present situation. Analysing Shanghai urban residents＇leisure sports behavior characteristics and the temporal and spatial structure of Shanghai urban residents, finds out the leisure sports behavior influencing factors, puts forward the countermeasure proposal, to promote the development of leisure sports in Shanghai city. |
