| 摘 要： | 本文以系统学、经济学、科学学及组织学等多种学科为基础 ,从知识管理的目标及其实现过程两个方面、四个角度出发 ,较为深刻地剖析了知识管理的实质。指出人们是为提高知识工作劳动生产率、实现企业特定利益而进行知识管理活动 ;这一活动是人们将企业知识系统的动态化和有序化的过程 ;而这一活动的实现过程则是企业实现知识网络化。

| Abstract: | At first the properties of knowledge-oriented products are analyzed and one thing is perceivable: just like other common products, knowledge cannot have spontaneous deployment of its resources holding swing on the market. A well-organized deployment has to take part in the designing market layout. Knowledge management enables us to make the organized system of knowledge more orderly and highly efficient through a series of workable processes in treating knowledge elements so that an organization's knowledge productivity can be raised. |
