| 摘 要： | 地方高校一般是指校址不在省会城市和其他中心城市,而位于中小城市的一般本科院校.地方高校大学生的心理特征包括考上大学的矛盾心理、环境和学习适应的焦虑、来自经济和生活的压力以及客观条件和管理模式对其心理造成的影响等各个方面.针对地方高校大学生的心理健康教育对策有注重自我教育、减轻经济和生活压力、克服客观因素等的负面影响,需要采取专业化综合化的心理健康教育和咨询措施.

| Abstract: | Local universities generally refers to higher schools which are not located in capital cities or other central cities,but small and medium sized cities.The local universities students＇ features include：ambivalent attitude to their university,anxiety in adapting to the environment and learning,pressure from the economy and daily life, and impact which the objective conditions and management give them.The psychological health education strategies for local university students are as follows：to emphasize on self-education,to reduce the economic pressure,to overcome the negative impact coming from objective factors,to take professional and integrative measures of mental health education and counseling. |
