| 摘 要： | 创建富有特色的中国饮食文化数据库,是丰富和发展中国饮食文化学科的创新性研究。数据库理论与饮食文化学研究的交叉,是新饮食文化运动研究范式的转变。赵荣光饮食文化数据库的建构,是以中国饮食文化历史发展规律与结构特点为依据,以"赵氏理论"为研究性样本。此数据库对促进中国饮食文化学网络数据化的研究,具有突出的学术意义与社会价值。
