| 摘 要： | 基于团队理论视角下开设好团队管理课程,并有效组织好实践性教学,是提升高职院校课程教学品牌的一个重要着力点。高职院校团队管理课程实践性教学的特点是实际操作性和应用性,要"以项目促训练,在实践中提升"的讲练结合的课程实践性教学为主旨观点,同时,应注意培养持续积累职业发展能力、坚持针对性等问题。
