| 摘 要： | 教师教育技术能力培训是我国业已开展的大规模的教师培训活动之一。针对培训活动中的问题,结合教师教育理论,提出基于网络的职前职后互动的培养模式。分析该模式的含义、特点,介绍该模式的操作流程及注意问题,以期对我国教师教育技术能力培训提供有益的参考。
