生成教育视野下教师文化的特征分析

摘    要:在生成教育的视野中,事物处于发生与消亡的过程之中,教育是生成的,人是生成的,因而约束教师行为并反映教师群体精神气质的教师文化也同样是生成的.教师文化在生成过程中体现了生成性、情境性、互动性、开放性的特征.其中,生成性是教师文化的整体特征,从宏观上表征着教师文化;而"情境性"、"开放性"、"互动性"是教师文化的具体特征,是"生成性"特征的具体化.用生成性的思维审视教师文化的特征体现了人性化的现时代印记,同时也为推进教师专业化发展提供了突破口.
