| 摘 要： | 坚持扩大招生规模与提高教学质量两手抓,实现电大量的扩张与质的提升协调发展是电大可持续发展的内在要求。重外延,轻内涵;重结果,轻过程;重思路,轻举措;重安排,轻落实;重管理,轻服务;重要求,轻指导等宏观理念上的认识偏差,导致电大系统的教学工作,无论在思想上还是在实践中都未能有效地解决好。强化系统的内涵建设,必须正确处理好眼前利益与长远利益、数量与质量、规模与效益的关系。

| Abstract: | It is the inner requirements for sustainable development of TV university to insist expanding enrollment scale and enhancing the quality of education in order to realize the coordinated growth of both scale and quality.Paying too much attention to extension,making light of connotation;paying too much attention to result,making light of process;paying too attention to a train of thought,making light of an act;putting too much attention to arrangements,making light of implementation;paying too much attention to management,making light of service;paying too much attention to demanding,making light of guiding will lead to inefficient resolvement not only in thought but also in practice.Therefore,in order to strengthen connotation construction of the system,we must deal well with immediate interests and long-term interests,quantity and quality,scale and benefit.In addition,we must regulate running a school,strengthen service consciousness,implement teaching process and improve teaching quality. |
