| 摘 要： | 随着社会保障业务量的扩大,基金纵向统筹管理成为社会保障管理的重大难题。构建部-省二级式集中的社会保障信息系统和资源数据库,可以在体系内形成一个统一信息平台。它有利于打破以往的"属地管辖"限制,提高运作效率和社会保障基金管理的公开和透明。

| Abstract: | Along with the increase of the social insurance business,the fund management as a whole becomes increasingly important.So the central ministry-province social insurance information system and resources database are quite necessary,which can form unified information platform within the system.It will be advantageous for all parities to be in line with each other so that the government policies can be successfully carried out,and also advantageous to break the restriction of "Local Jurisdiction ",to improve the operating efficiency,and to make the social insurance fund management more public and easier to be supervised. |
