| 摘 要： | 基于节能技术产业间溢出的考虑来解析中国的能源强度下降现象。在分析了不同的节能技术产业间溢出途径如何形成一种产业间节能技术的内在关联机制,以及它如何对产业的节能降耗发挥协同影响效应的基础上,我们进一步通过Granger因果检验发现,工业5大部门的节能技术溢出活动都很活跃。对于纺织服装产业链上节能技术溢出水平的测评结果进一步表明,基于产品关联的前、后向技术溢出效应非常显著。上述结论有望为决策部门的政策制定,尤其是针对高能耗工业部门的结构调整政策提供实证依据。

| Abstract: | On the view of inter-industry spillovers of energy saving techniques,this paper explained the decrease of energy intensity in China.Firstly,we analyzed different spillovers channel and characterized the inner relationship of energy saving techniques between industries.Then we find the cooperate effect on energy saving between industries through spillovers.Secondly,we found that the inter-industry spillovers of energy saving techniques were active by grange causality test.Thirdly,we calculated the inter-industry spillovers of energy saving techniques in commerce industry chain.The result showed that back-ward and for-ward linkage spillovers were all distinct.This conclusion can provide empirical basis of industrial policy on structure adjust aimed at high energy consumption industries. |
