| 摘 要： | 研究生指导教师是高校教师队伍中的精华和杰出代表，在学校发展中一直发挥着不可替代的作用。但从我国久发达地区研究生手师队伍建设的现状来看，形势不容乐现。我们必须抓住机遇，深化改革，采取新的措施与对策，建设一支素质优良的新世纪导师队伍，才能进一步适应教育改革和发展的需要。

The Stratogic Choice of Troops Building of Postgraduate Tutors in the Universities in the Less Developed Areas |

| Abstract: | The postgraduate tutors are the essence and representitive figures in the university, who play the important role in the development of the university. But according to the current circumstances of the group of the postgraduate tutors especially in the less developed areas, we are not optimistic about the situations. So we should seize the opportunities, deepen the reforms and take new countermeasures to set up a new and qualified group of postgraduate tutors, which can meet the need of educational reforms and development. |
