醋酸铅对雄性小白鼠精子形态的影响

摘    要:将 5 0只小白鼠随机分成 5组 ,分别腹腔注射甲基磺酸乙脂 6 0mg/kg ,去离子水 16 6ml/kg ,醋酸铅 2 1mg/kg ,10 5mg/kg ,5 2 5mg/kg ,每天一次 ,连用 5天。试验 35天时处死小白鼠 ,检查各组小白鼠的精子形态。结果显示精子畸形率为 :甲基磺酸乙脂组为 4 4 5 % ,去离子水组为 1.8% ,高、中、低剂量醋酸铅组分别为 4 0 .5 % ,30 .4 %和 15 .6 % ,说明醋酸铅对小白鼠精子有致畸形作用 ,而且随着剂量的增大精子畸形率增加。

Abstract:Fifty rats were divided randomy into five groups and rejected ethyl sulfonate as 60 mg/kg deionized water was 16.6ml/kg,aletic acid lead as 21 mg/kg,10.5mg/kg,5.25mg/kg respectively into the cavum abdominis once a day for five days. The rats were put to death at the thirty\|fifth day of the experiment and the forms of sperms of each rats were detected. The results indicated that the rate of malformation of sperms was:ethyl methylsulfonate group 44.5%,deionezed water group 1.8%,aletic acid lead group 40.5%,34%,(15.6%)respectively. This suggested that aletic acid lead had effect on sperm aberration of rats,What's more,with the dose increasing the rate of sperm malformation also increased.
