| 摘 要： | 大学生面临从学校教育到社会就业的转变,走上社会之后要独立应用在学校所学到的知识和技能。因此,从终身体育的角度来看,高校体育阶段不仅要解决体育学习的问题,而且要解决当前和今后运用的问题。文章通过终身体育意识的培养,对高校大学生素质教育的影响分析,阐述了终身体育与体育意识之间的关系,并对我国高校终身体育的培养提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | College students face the change from school to society. When they leave school they have to use their school knowledge and skills to work independently. In the aspect of life-long P.E.idea, in the period of P.E. in college, not only the learning of P.E. must be carried out, but the problem of using it now and in the future must be solved. This paper states the relation between life-long P.E. and P.E.Idea, on the basis of the study on the influence by the idea's cultivation over quality education to college students. Moreover some relevant methods of the idea's cultivation are offered. |
