法学教学与社会调查活动

摘    要:个案研究的定性分析和问卷调查的定量分析是社会调查常用的两种方法,让学生掌握这两种方法并组织和指导学生参与社会调查活动对于培养学生的实践和创新能力有重要的作用。本文从法学教学中为何开展社会调查活动以及如何开展和开展的作用来诠释这一教学实践活动。

Abstract:The qualitative analysis of case study and quantitative analysis of questionnaire investigation are two kinds of commonly used methods of social investigation.IN law science teaching, let students grasp these two kinds of methods and organize and instruct students to participate in the social investigation activity and have important function intraining students'practice and innovation ability. Why this text develop the activity of social investigation in education of science of law and how launch and function result that launch is it annotate this teaching experience of practising activity to come.
