| 摘 要： | 本文对南极的矿产、能源、水、生物等资源状况进行了概要的阐述，同时分析了各种南极资源活动与环保、南极考察与资源调查以及南极资源开发和利用与高新技术应用的关系，并展望了南极资源的开发利用前景，最后探讨了我国在南极资源问题上应采取的基本国策和对策。

| Abstract: | The status of Antarctic resources such as mineral, energy, water and biology source, are briefly summarized in this paper. Meanwhile, the relation of Antarctic resource activity and environmental protection, the relation of Antarctic exploration and resource survey, the relation of its exploitation or potential utilization and high - tech development or application are analyzed. Besides, the trends on the potential utilization of Antarctic resources, Chinese national policy and measures on the Antarctic resource issue, are discussed. |
