开放教育物流实训课程五步教学法探讨——以广州电大物流管理专业实训课程为例

摘    要:广州电大通过建立物流综合实训室,克服常规物流教学中重理论轻实践的问题,完善实践教学环节。然而,如何充分发挥物流综合实训室的作用,成为物流管理专业实践教学环节一项新的研究课题,也是对开放教育如何实施实践教学的新探索。经过在广州电大物流综合实训室近两年的教学实践,本文初步探索出以民主性、参与性、灵活性为原则,适应开放教育教学特点的物流实训教学基本框架以及开展实训课程的"课前准备——认知——观摩——演练——总结"的五步教学法。

Abstract:Guangzhou Radio TV University(GZRTVU) has built up a Logistics Training Lab in order to enhance students' practical skills in regular teaching.However,it is a new research topic as well as a new investigation about how the Logistics Training Lab takes effects on practical trainings.During two years of lab experiments in GZRTVU,some teaching methods have been concluded.Based on the principles of democracy,participation and flexibility,this essay designs a basic framework on logistics training for open education,and concludes a five-step teaching mode for the practical training,which includes preparation,recognition,observation,operation and summary.
