| 摘 要： | 新办本科院校的校园文化建设,是一种文化建设的重构,与原有的专科学校的校园文化有着本质的不同,与名牌大学的校园文化建设也有着很大的差异,但是良好的校园文化是学校可持续发展的凝聚力,是学校可持续发展的重要资源和内驱力,因此,新办本科学校必须遵循校园文化建设的原则,跨越式的重新建构具有特色的校园文化。

| Abstract: | Building campus culture in new undergraduate college is a kind of reconstruction,so it is quite different from the one of original junior college,the famous universities as well.A better campus culture is a cohesive force for school to develop sustainably,and therefore,new undergraduate college must abide by the principles of building campus culture,and reconstruct a unique campus culture with leaps and bounds. |
