| 摘 要： | 运用DLT等研究方法,对天津、辽宁女排主力队员单脚起跳扣球技术进行研究。结果表明:单脚起跳扣球在助跑阶段具有第一步步幅较小,最后一步步幅较大的特点;蹬伸时的左膝角数值偏小;挥臂击球时右肘在161°左右弯曲时,更能充分发挥前臂的加速挥击作用;扣球时右肩、右肘、右腕、右指掌的速度是依次递增的。力图为建立更完善的单脚起跳扣球技术模型提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | By the DLT method,this paper studies take-off spike by single foot of main woman volleyball athletes between Liaoning and Tianjin team.The result shows that in the course of approach of take-off spike by single foot,the first step is shorter and the last is longer.In the course of buffer,the angle of left knee is smaller.In the course of arm-shaking smash,the right elbow is curving and at the angle about 161 degrees,it can exert effect adequately.In the course of smash,the speed of right shoulder,elbow,wrist,palm increases in turn.It supplies the reference for building more perfect technique model. |
