| 摘 要： | 中国传统家庭伦理是在自然经济和宗法制度基础上产生的。它是以血缘关系为依据、以家或家族为本位、以父子关系为轴心、以孝为主要运作手段的相对稳定的伦理体系。现代化的社会变革,使得中国的传统家庭伦理受到了猛烈冲击,家庭结构、家庭功能、家庭成员在家庭中的地位等发生了深刻变化,出现了婚姻稳定性下降、离婚率上升、婚外性关系的蔓延、未婚同居、家庭暴力等道德失范现象。新型家庭伦理将是建立在自由、平等、重感情、倡导孝道归位基础上的家庭伦理。
