| 摘 要： | 本以高技术中小企业为主要研究对象，利用两个数学模型探讨了与外部股份和债务相关的代理成本问题，并在此基础上提出了企业最优融资决策即最优外部融资比例的确定和最佳融资方式的选择的一般方法。
