| 摘 要： | 现实表明,高考对基础教育有很多的负面影响,现行高考制度的主要弊病在于综合评价机制的缺失。建立综合评价机制是高考制度改革的重要目标,而设立高中学业水平考试是分散高考竞争力的重要途径。很多评价难题决定改革现行高考机制是一个渐进的过程。

| Abstract: | Currently the College Entrance Examination system has some negative effects on the elementary education. The main defects lie in the lack of the comprehensive assessment mechanism, which is the important goal of the College Entrance Examination system reform.The author thinks that setting up the senior achievement test can overcome the defects. And many assessment problems lead to a gradual process to reform the College Entrance Examination system. |
