运动对骨骼肌收缩蛋白的影响

摘    要:本文观察运动和不运动组小白鼠骨骼肌收缩蛋白含量,Mg—ATPase 活性以及对 Ca~(2+)感受性的生理特性。我们发现:运动不仅可以使骨骼肌收缩蛋白含量增加,而且活性化高的蛋白同时合成,肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白的相互收缩反应说明运动可使骨骼肌对 Ca~(2+)的感受性明显改善,肌动球蛋白 Mg—ATPase 的活性增高。结果表明:骨骼肌收缩蛋白在质和量的变化,可能是由肌动球蛋白 Mg—ATPase 的活性增高而引起。

Abstract:In this study,by means of biochemical method,the author took out the protein in skeletal muscle from the hind legsof rats,measured and evaluated the content of protein in skeletal muscle and studied the reaction speed and peak value of su-perprecipitation of actin and myosin in defferent Ca~(2+) concentrations and the activity of actomyosin Mg-ATPase at molecularlevel.The author discovered that exercise not only increased the content of contractile protein in skeletal muscle,but alsosynthesized the highly activated protein at the same time.The contractive reaction of actin filament and myosin filamentwith each other indicates that exercise can remarkably improve the receptivity of skeletal muscle to Ca~(2+) and increase the ac-tivity of actomyosin Mg-ATPase The results show that the changes of contractile protein of skeletal muscle in quality andquantity may be caused by the increase of activity of actomyosin Mg-ATPase.
