| 摘 要： | 文章通过对我国法律部门理论和图书馆法相关理论的梳理,根据学术研究与立法实践的不同需求,分别分析两种情况下的图书馆法的法律部门属性:在学术视角下,图书馆法是独立的综合性法律部门;在实践视角下,图书馆法具有多重法律部门属性.
