| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了"三个代表"重要思想的核心在于其先进性,这是党的事业发展和建设中国特色社会主义的需要。文章在分析党的先进性与党的群众性的关系基础上,论证了高校共产党员应该保持先进性的长效机制,才能更好地体现和实践"三个代表"重要思想。

| Abstract: | This paper sets fort that the pith ot the important thoughts ot "Three Represents" lies in its advanced quality, which is required by the development of the Party career in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on analyzing the relationship between the Party advanced quality and the Party mass character, the paper argues that the communists in colleges and universities can't maintain the long effects of the advanced quality until they better embody and carry out the important thoughts of "Three Represents". |
