| Abstract: | As a forerunner of modern Chinese higher education,Sheng Xuanhua took the leader in exploring modern Chinese education system which served as the catalyst for the guidelines for running a school,laying the foundation of school song and school motto in modern Chinese education,setting up translation institutes and establishing the aims and principles for introducing western books. |
