| 摘 要： | 综述了科技期刊编辑部自行研制计算机现代化信息管理的主要进展、使用特点和应用现状，结合研究与实践所取得的阶段性成果和产生的新认识、新经验，提出了应该继续普及和更加完善科技期刊现代化计算机管理的建议及推广思路，旨在推进我国科技期刊编辑部的稿件管理等工作尽快达到国内外先进管理水平。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of contribution management for academic journals in China,some high-level editorial departments have been designing the information management system of editorial departments(IMSED) in order to improve effectiveness and quality of the management.Based on the analysis and investigation on many editorial departments,the main research progress,the distinguishing features and the practical use of IMSED are outlined.With designing experiments and the opinions on evaluation of IMSED,we have got some new ideas and new experience after achieving the stage's results.So we put forward some suggestions and thoughts for further developing,which should continuously perfect,spread and study the IMSED.It is of first importance to spread applications of these systems and come up to advanced world standards in the modernization of management for all editorial departments. |
