| 摘 要： | 文章尝试理论研究高职院校在新形势下如何生存与发展。通过复习文献、报告及著作的方法,提出如下观点：拥有真材实料的双师型人才是立身之本,争取政府政策引导和经费扶持是生存与发展之道,与企业建立良好的＂亲情姻缘＂是强校之源,只有扎根本土经济基础与结构,做实教育与职业技能的＂零障碍＂,职业教育才有活力,才能蓬勃发展。

| Abstract: | This article attempted to study, in theory, how can the higher vocational college survive and develop in the new situation. With the method of reviewing the thesis, reports and books, we hold the views as follow： ＂Dual teachers＂ is the foundation of the college, obtaining the beneficial policy and financial support from the government is way of living, establishing good relationship with the enterprise is the source of getting the college bigger. Rooted in local economic foundation and making no barrier between the education and vocational skill, the higher vocational education will have vitality and prosperousness. |
