| 摘 要： | 我国现行的户籍制度源于计划经济体制下的制度安排。同国外的户籍制度相比，我国户籍制度在指导原则、具体功能、等级身份、居民迁移和管理方法等方面表现出明显的差异。借鉴国际经验，从公民权益、经济发展和社会稳定等维度来看，一元制优于二元制。一元制模式是户籍制度改革的最终选择。由于政策制定的路径依赖性，其变革应该是一个渐进的过程。

| Abstract: | Originated from arrangements of the planned economic system and the traditional social system, Chinese current household system is greatly different in its guiding ideology, function and management methods compared with the foreign systems of household system. Unitary system is in advantage of duality system, it should be the aim of Chinese household system reformation. |
