| 摘 要： | 基于中小企业融资难的问题，本文构建了金融合作社这一专门为中小企业融资服务的金融中介机构，并对其运行模式及风险管理进行了分析和研究。成立金融合作社是金融中介学的一个新的起点，也是企业理财学和金融中介学的交叉点。这对于探讨有效理财、提高资本效用和加快中小企业发展都具有很重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the problem of SME Financing Gap, this article introduces a financial cooperative, which is specialized financial intermediation to help the SME to solve financial problems. It then analyzes the operating modes and risk management of these cooperatives. The financial cooperative is not only a new branch of financial intermediary study, but also the intersection of enterprise managing finances study and the financial intermediary study. This will be very valuable for probing into effective managing finances, enhancing the capital effectiveness and speeding up the development of the SME. |
