| 摘 要： | 传统的师生关系奉行师重生轻的理念，它具有极其浓厚的传统道德文化内涵，传统道德与国家政策一起维系着这一教育传统的延续。随着社会逐步发展、民主法制观念的深入，高校师生关系在法制化成为时代主流的背景下，传统的师生关系正在转型。如何针对现实情况，在构建和谐社会的大环境中构建和谐的高校师生关系是我们迫切需要思考的问题。我们必须确立师生平等思想，从转变观念出发，从法律的角度全面推进和改善师生关系，加强学生主体地位，形成新型和谐的师生关系，促进教育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The traditional teacher-student relation pursues the notion of teachers first with very strong cultural connotation of traditional morality, and maintains its continuation together with the national policies. With the progress of society, and deeper understanding of democracy and legality, the relation between teachers and students begins to transform as teacber-student relation has become the mainstream of a legalized society. How to construct a affable teacher-student relation in a harmonious society is a pressing issue now. What we should do are： to realize equality of teachers and students, to improve the teacher-student relation from a legal perspective, to strengthen the dominant position of students so as to form a new and harmonious teacher-student relation, and thus to push forward education. |
