| 摘 要： | 文章以科学发展观为指导，对高校如何实现可持续发展进行了探讨。文章认为，高校要实现可持续发展，必须处理好八个基本关系：学校发展与社会需要的关系；教学、科研、社会服务的关系；规模、质量、结构、效益的关系；重点发展与兼顾其他的关系；学校发展与教职工利益的关系；改革、发展、稳定的关系；全局与局部的关系；当前利益与长远利益的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper explores how to realize sustainable development in universities under the guidance of the scientific development philosophy. It advocates that universities have to put eight basic relationships in harmony： 1 ） school development and the societal needs ; 2） teaching, scientific research and social services; 3） the size, quality, structure, and effectiveness ; 4） the priority and other necessary projects; 5） universities＇ development and the staff＇s interests; 6） reform, development and stability; 7） the globaliza- tion and the localization; 8） the current and long-term interests. |
