| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,要使高校有效地适应社会需要、进而为社会培养出更多更好的人才,非常重要的一点,就是我们高校的书记、校长,不仅应以教育家的理念办大学,还应以企业家的理念办大学。文章认为,以企业家理念办大学,就是在办学的过程中要讲成本,讲效益,讲经营,讲创新;就是要以市场为导向、以社会需要为依据,构建大学的人才培养模式;就是要密切关注社会、紧密联系地方,进行科学研究和实现社会服务。

| Abstract: | In the market economy, it is very important to develop a university in accordance with societal needs and to cultivate more and better talents, and thus the Principal and Party secretary of universities ought to have both edueationist ideas and entrepreneur ideas. This paper proposes that entrepreneur ideas to manage a university are to adopt the cost planning and the business management in the pursuit of innovation and benefit, to construct the market-oriented talent cultivation mode based on societal needs and to do some scientific researches and social services closely related to the society and local conditions. |
