| 摘 要： | 重视应用型人才的培养,可以有效地解决我国高等教育人才培养结构与就业市场需求存在结构性偏差的问题。独立学院是伴随着高等教育扩大规模发展起来的,作为我国教育中的新生力量,多数独立学院把办学定位为应用型人才的培养。独立学院应用型人才的定位,应结合自身特色,进一步加强实践课教学,优化教学手段,改革教学方法,培养"双师型"教师。

| Abstract: | Importance is attached to the cultivation of applied professionals,which can effectively solve the struc-tural bias problem of professional-cultivating structure in China's higher education and job-market requirement.Inde-pendent colleges have developed with the scale of higher education expanding and many independent colleges as a new force orientate themselves to the cultivation of applied professionals and they should associate their orientation with their characteristics by further strengthening practical teaching,optimizing teaching methods,reforming teaching ways and cultivating th"eDouble-Type"teachers. |
