| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育在高水平上再求得发展，须更加重视自身的国际化、社会化与科学化。其中，尤应注重竞技项目同国际体育项目接轨，加强人才国际化，遵循国际竞赛规则与竞赛惯例，在高层次上对竞技体育竞赛、管理、战略决策科学化等方面进行研究。
