| 摘 要： | 作为高校学生思想政治教育和日常管理的主力,辅导员与学生进行良好的沟通和交流是做好学生工作的前提之一。本文在分析目前高校新生特点的基础上,探讨了在日常工作中经常用到的几种方法,如召开班会、书面交流、网络媒体等,同时辅导员也要注意自己的谈话方式,具备一定的沟通艺术,切实做好大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。

| Abstract: | As the main force of ideological and political education and the daily management of college students,good communication and exchange is one of the premises to communicate with students.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the college students,the paper discusses several methods frequently used in the daily work,such as the class meeting,written communication,network media,at the same time counselors also should pay attention to their own style of conversation,have certain communication arts,cogent do good for the healthy growth of college students. |
