| Abstract: | This study explores the win-win paradigm of sustainable development and businesses objective,and the building mechanism of company competitive advantage.The research mainly includes:the business paradigm change from traditional profit perspective to win-win profit perspective,and reason of the change;the formation of strategic resources,the focus of environmental strategy and the building of competitive advantage;the strategic implementation measures under win-win paradigm. |
