| 摘 要： | 以认知作为理论研究的出发点,通过对企业惯例演化的梳理和重新解读,深入分析了认知对企业惯例演化研究的重要意义。在对管理者认知分析的基础上引入了共同知识的概念,探讨了认知、共同知识和企业惯例演化三者之间的逻辑关系,并以此为基础构建了认知视角下的企业惯例演化的结构框架,进一步明晰认知在企业惯例演化进程中的具体作用,厘清企业惯例演化过程中个体行为的影响,最后指出了文章的不足并对后续的深入研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Taking cognitive theory as the starting point of the study,based on the evolution of enterprise practice analysis and interpretation,this paper analyzes the evolution of cognition on enterprise practice significance.The common knowledge of concept is introduced based on the managerial cognition analysis to explore the relationship between cognitive,common knowledge and business evolution,and to construct structural frame of enterprise practice evolution from the cognitive perspective.It farther clears the role of cognition in the enterprise practice evolution process,clarifies the effect of individual behavior in the evolution process,points out the deficiencies,and prospects future research. |
