| 摘 要： | 网络版权侵权风险是网络服务商风险管理中的法律风险,影响着网络服务商的生存与发展,网络服务商应当高度重视。网络服务商在风险管理中应当建立法律风险防范机制,以识别、合理地评估和有效地处理网络版权侵权风险,最大可能地降低风险成本,保障网络企业在网络传播中健康、协调和可持续发展,最终获取最大的收益。

| Abstract: | The ISP should attach great importance to the network copyright infringement risk that is legal risk of the ISP which affects the survival and development of the ISP.The ISP should establish the legal risk prevention mechanism in the risk management in order to identify and reasonably assess and effectively solve network copyright infringement,reduce the possible risk of cost,protect healthy,harmonious and sustainable development of the network enterprise in network communication,and gain the biggest profit. |
