| 摘 要： | 依据全国重点科技基础条件资源调查数据，分析江苏地区科技基础条件资源分布特点，找出存在的问题，
进而提出优化江苏省科技资源配置的想法。建议，政府部门加强顶层设计，健全科技资源管理体制；促进科技资源供
需对接，提高科技资源利用率；加强国产仪器自产研发，提高江苏省大型科学仪器设备国产化比例，为江苏省科技资
源的统筹规划和优化布局提供支撑。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the basic condition of science and technology resources in Jiangsu distribution
characteristics according to the national key science and technology basic condition resources survey data. Find
out the existing problems. Put forward the idea of optimizing the resources distribution of Jiangsu science and
technology. Suggested that the government departments to strengthen top-level design, improve the system
of science and technology resource management. From the perspective of resource use, it is suggested that
promoting science and technology resources supply and demand docking, raise the utilization ratio of resources
of science and technology. Low proportion for Jiangsu large scientific instrument localization, the relevant
Suggestions to strengthen the research and development of domestic instruments produced, in order to Jiangsu
science and technology resources support the overall planning and optimization of the layout. |
