| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职院校重要的实践教学环节,是提高高职院校教学质量的有效途径。但由于利益的驱使,监管的缺失以及制度的不完善,有些职业院校的顶岗实习已经变了味。针对当前高职院校顶岗实习出现的种种问题,进行反思和分析,并提出建议。

| Abstract: | Internship is an important practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,is an effective way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.Driven by the interests,the lack of supervision as well as imperfect system,the internships in some vocational schools have changed.Aiming at the current problems for the internships in vocational colleges,the author made reflection and analysis,and put forward some recommendations. |
