| 摘 要： | 企业作为社会经济的细胞，在追求利润目标的同时，必须承担相应的社会责任．民营企业也不例外。目前我国正处于从计划经济向市场经济的转型期，民营企业在多种社会责任上有所缺失。引起了严重后果。为了保证民营企业健康发展，必须着力构建其社会责任体系，包括确立其社会责任意识、准确划分其性质、构建其有效的实施机制与严密的监督机制。

| Abstract: | As the units of social economy, enterprises should shoulder corresponding social responsibilities in their pursuit of profits, with private enterprises being no exception. China is in the process of transition from planned economy to market economy, and the deficiency of private enterprises in terms of social responsibilities has caused serious consequences. We must establish a social responsibility system for private enterprises, including their awareness of social responsibilities, the division of their features, effective performance and rigid supervising mechanism, so as to ensure the healthy development of private enterprises. |
