| Abstract: | Based both on the cause of format ion of speed impediment and on the theory of overcoming speed impediment, this paper states how efficient the over speed training is in overcoming speed impediment. It analyses the limitations and weaknesses of over speed training. It also points out how overspeed training should be utilized accordingly in the light of different situation during the application process. |
