| 摘 要： | 现代大学生思想政治教育要与心理健康教育相结合。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)，对某师院大学生进行调查研究，结果表明，大学生是存在心理健康问题的高发人群。社会要求与变革，家庭不当预期与教育，学校学习压力及自我施压是造成现代大学生心理健康问题的内外因素。促进大学生心理健康，主要通过心理课堂教学、活动训练等途径进行。

| Abstract: | The education of ideological politics should combine with that of psychological health to the contemporary college students .after investigating the college students of certain teachers college through scl-90 , the result is that most college students have psychological problems. the demand and change of society ,the improper expectation and education of family, the study pressure from both school and themselves, all above are the inside and outside factors which cause psychological problems .in order to promoting the psychological health of college students ,we can do it through psychological classes and training |
