| 摘 要： | 更高质量的创新创业教育是新时代下高职高水平建设的核心议题,新时代向高职创新创业教育提出提质升级,服务国家经济高质量发展;开放共享,引领产业转型升级;学以成人,提升人才培养质量等三个新要求。但目前面临社会狭隘的价值取向,阻滞了学生自我效能感的提升;高职广普式的育人模式,忽视了学生个性的培养;单一主体滞后的顶层设计,导致了人才链与产业链脱节;导师队伍的结构性缺陷,离散了学生创新创业能力发挥等现实困窘。高职院校应建立文化自信,以文化引领高职创新创业教育铸魂育人;升级育人模式,以高质量为导向开启高职创新创业教育新阶段;强化多元育人,以产教共同体服务创新创业教育高水平建设;优化导师结构,以优质的导师队伍夯实创新创业教育根基,多措并举,协同发力,推动高职创新创业教育提质升级。

| Abstract: | Higher quality innovation and entrepreneurship education is the core issue of high-level construction in higher vocational education in the new era.The new era puts forward some new requirements for higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education,which are to improve quality and upgrade,to serve the high-quality development of national economy,to open and share,to lead industrial transformation and upgrading,to learn to be human,and to improve the quality of talent training.But at present,facing the narrow value orientation of the society,the students'self-efficacy is blocked,the general education mode of higher vocational education neglects the cultivation of students'individuality,and the lagging top-level design of single subject leads to the disconnection between talent chain and industry chain.The structural defects of the mentor team make it difficult for the students to develop their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Higher vocational colleges should establish cultural self-confidence,guide higher vocational education of innovation and entrepreneurship with culture and cultivate people,upgrade the mode of education and open a new stage of higher vocational education of innovation and entrepreneurship with high quality as the guidance.We should optimize the structure of instructors and strengthen the foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship education with high-quality instructors,and take multiple measures to promote the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. |
